Arrival & departure times

Check in:  from 2pm. Please advise us of your approximate arrival time as you get closer to your booking date.
Check out: mid-morning around 10am.

Restrictions

Inside the chalets is a non-smoking space. Ashtrays are provided outside. We ask our guests to dispose of their butts thoughtfully, as we are nestled in the bush and would not like to endanger the environment.

Pets are not permitted on the property. As much as we love them, we can not take them as we are already sharing the place with the local wildlife.

Deposit / Payment

At time of booking, we ask for a 50% deposit or a minimum of one night stay, in order to confirm your dates. We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards. Direct bank transfer is also available, please contact us for bank details.

Cancellation & Refunds

Change in a reservation incurs a $30 administration fee. The deposit is refundable less the administration fee, if the cancellation happens more than 14 days prior to arrival date. If cancellation happens less than 14 days before arrival, the deposit left after the administration fee will be refunded only if the accommodation is rebooked.
